Millson Group traces its origins back to 1980 when Philip Millson founded the firm after a distinguished career in local government. By the late 1980s, the company had expanded into a medium-sized, multi-disciplinary practice, offering a comprehensive range of professional services across the UK property industry.

Specialising in the care, leisure, and residential sectors, the firm quickly gained a reputation as one of the UK’s leading providers of contemporary care facilities. In 1989–1990, Millson Group pioneered an innovative fast-track site sourcing and construction program for a major care home developer and operator. Following the successful securing of a significant financing package on behalf of the client, the company was acquired to serve as its in-house property services division.

In 1991, the firm was re-established, staying true to its founding principles of value-driven service. Over the years, Millson Group continued to evolve, and in 2013, the leisure and residential divisions were consolidated, marking the next phase in the company’s growth and commitment to excellence.

Now in 2025, with over 45 years of experience the company now branded as Millson Group aims to provide many different services working though multiple sectors.
